At Wild Folk Soap Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches from our home studio in Bellmere, Queensland. We pack each order with care and intention, and we’re committed to being transparent about our policies.


Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are packed within 2–4 business days.
During new releases or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Delivery timeframes are dependent on Australia Post.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Wild Folk Soap Co. is not responsible for postal delays once an order has been shipped.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.


Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personal care items made with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review and reply to your email within 2-4 business days. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund as required by law.
